Before I start working on the commission, I get paid upfront.

Specifically for $100+ commissions, half payments are acceptable and then rest of the payment once the product is completed.

All prices are subject to change.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges. You may request changes to be made to your commission in the sketching stage, I will send you a work-in-progress before progressing to the final stages. Beyond this, I will not make any changes to the artwork.

I retain all rights to the artwork.

You cannot redistribute or commercialize the artwork you have commissioned in any-way that is in personal use or in business. Unless I agreed upon it, will discuss further notice.

You must credit me as the original creator of the artwork.

For digital products means no shipment will be sent. After finished, I will send you an email or DM of a digital copy of the artwork.

If physical products will be sent through standard mailing. I am not responsible for mail going missing or coming damage.

Repost any artwork I have done for you: commissions, art trades, etc. wherever I choose to post. I own my work and have the rights to do whatever I want to do with it.

Decline a commission if I do not feel comfortable for any reason, including if you do not have good reference images for your character when drawing.

Ask for you to be patient with me. I do commissions in my free-time while juggling with real life ordeals. Please do not rush me!!! Thank you in advance.

You can post any artwork I make for you on another site as long as credit is given via @fullofkk on Twitter and Instagram.

Refund if needed if I do not reach within the two weeks minimum. I do not accept rush fees.

Ask for a work in progress drawing, I usually send you regardless unless you ask for me not to.

Tell me if you do not want me to stream your commission.

Be willing to be in communication if you or me have any questions regardless of the commission, or requests for small changes during the sketching phase. Please be communicative and thorough at the beginning until the end, it is easier to change things rather than near the end.

You cannot repost/redistribute, claim it as your own, or trace/copy my artwork. Unless, I specifically give you permission to do so. You can repost my artwork as long as you give me credit @fullofkk by linking back to me either on Instagram or Twitter.

Editing or manipulating your commission in anyway will not be acceptable. Such as, but not limited to resizing, re-coloring, adding texts, removing my signature, etc. If changes are needed, please contact me stat and I will see what we can do about it.

Asking for a refund when I started finalizing your commission is not acceptable and rude. You can ask for a refund before the sketching phase is over.
